The Surfrider Foundation is rallying people to save the water at the BU and they need your help.  The water quality has received an “F” rating for over a decade now and it is time we did something about it.  We should be doing something to help keep the water quality at a healthy level no matter where the location is.  So volunteer some of your time and attend the Regional Water Quality Control Board hearing on Nov. 5th at 9:00am at the Metropolitan Water District. Take some time to show your support not only for clean water, but to help preserve a beloved surf break.

By showing up you are standing up for what is right, and showing your support for clean water.  If you can’t make it (or even if you can) please go to the Surfrider website to sign the petition.  Wear your Surfrider t-shirt to the hearing as well to show your support for a great organization as well.
