Tadpole Event Marketing opened its doors in May of 2004. Carolyn Coyne founded Tadpole on principles of excellent client service, superior brand communication and environmental sustainability.

Tadpole is a California Corporation serving dozens of clients such as Red Bull, Toyota, Mission Hospital and Voice for the Animals Foundation and has  worked in conjunction with City of Los Angeles, Long Beach, Manhattan Beach, Washington D.C., New York City, Denver, and San Francisco.

Tadpole is involved with numerous trade and professional organizations including:  Women in Sports and Events (WISE), Heal the Bay, Event Marketing Industry Professionals, was named to Event Marketing Magazine’s “Agency IT List” in addition to SMARTY LA, group Y, BizBash, SoCal Action Sports Network, and Women in Business (a Tadpole Brand).
