Project:
Develop the FUEL TV 2010 Upfront Presentation to sell the channel’s multi-platform ad inventory, integrated sponsorships and other opportunities to media clients and agencies.

Challenge:
FUEL TV wanted a unique and original well-organized and executed up-front presentation which got them noticed and earned them sustained credibility in a totally new cutting edge venue.

An integrated ongoing event experience that showcases talent and celebrity in the highly competitive up-front television season.

Results:

Tadpole developed a strong weeklong client-experience that transformed a raw photo studio into a dynamic environment that included a screening of the film “Floating: The Nathan Gocke Story”, a Skateboard Art show (dedicated to New York Skateboarder Andy Kessler), and live music from Hip-Hop group De La Soul.  We invited celebrities, produced live recordings of the Daily Habit and hosted live bands (such as Moby, Busta Rhymes, The Hold Steady, Amazing Baby, and DJ Nicodemus) over an exhilarating 8-day event.  More than 400 people experienced FUEL TV in action, including pro athletes, artists, media buyers, and the NYC action sport community. We showcased FUEL TV’s portfolio in a unique and interactive way and generated new business opportunities and advertisers for the channel.
